Welcome to Dancin With Dumbbells! Here we provide  dancer specific training designed to elevate your technique and help you reach your goals.

Through targeted workouts and training designed specifically for dancers, my goal is to provide tools that help dancers train smarter, stay consistent, and continue progressing both in and outside the studio. Whether you're working toward higher extensions, stronger jumps, or better overall conditioning, there is a program here to support your journey as a dancer.
